Refund and Return Policy
At Jack’s, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience and
products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our
refund and return policy is here to assist you.
Returns
Eligibility:
Items must be
in their original condition and packaging.
Items must be
returned within 7 days of delivery.
Process:
Contact our
customer service team at tanya@proudafrique.co.za to initiate a return.
Provide your
order number and the reason for your return.
Once your
return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number.
Shipping:
You are
responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend
using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We
cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Inspection:
Once your
return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you
that we have received your returned item.
We will also
notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approval:
If approved,
your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied
to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t
received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact
your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is
officially posted.
Next, contact
your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done
all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us
at tanya@proudafrique.co.za.
Sale Items
Only
regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for a
refund.
Exchanges
We only replace
items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the
same item, send us an email at tanya@proudafrique.co.za.
