Common Applications

Soudal Universal Silicone Black 270ml can be used for construction joints, connection joints, expansion joints, window and door frame joints, glazing applications and other suitable building sealing work. It is particularly useful where a flexible, weather-resistant seal is required and a black finish is preferred.

Suitable surfaces include many common building materials such as brick, wood, glass, tiles and porcelain, subject to compatibility and proper surface preparation. Soudal recommends that surfaces be clean, dry and free from dust and grease before application.

❗ Important: Soudal's Universal Silicone is not paintable and, because it is an acetic silicone, it is not suitable for certain plastic substrates or applications where continuous water immersion occurs. Always check substrate compatibility before application.
