Soudal Sodaflex Grey

Soudal Soudaflex Grey is a high-quality, one-component polyurethane adhesive and sealant designed for a wide range of suitable construction and metalworking applications. It provides a permanently elastic seal and strong adhesion, making it suitable for joints and bonding applications where some movement, vibration or flexibility may occur.

The grey colour provides a practical finish for construction and sealing work where a neutral seal is preferred. Soudal lists Soudaflex 40FC in grey and other colours and specifies applications including construction sealing and bonding, concrete floor shrinkage joints, roof-tile bonding and bonding in vibrating structures.

Common Applications

Soudal Soudaflex Grey can be used for construction joints, sealing concrete floor shrinkage joints, bonding roof tiles, metalworking, building repairs and bonding or sealing applications where movement or vibration may occur. Soudal also specifies it for bonding in vibrating structures and other construction applications.

For the best results, surfaces should be sound, clean, dry, free of dust and grease. Soudal recommends suitable primer preparation for porous substrates and surface cleaner where required for non-porous surfaces. The manufacturer's technical data indicates an application temperature range of approximately 5°C to 35°C.
